Sir, with all due respect, I think the answer in item no. 6 is letter D. The answer key is letter B. Let me show my solution:
ReplyDeleteOriginal Cost = 800 / 1.25 = 640
Profit = 800 - 640 = 160
Profit in % = 160 / 640 = 0.25 or 25%
Where as if the profit is 200,
Original Cost = 800 - 200 = 600
Profit in % = 200 / 600 = 33.33%
